This was my worst experience ever since I have been a resident of high point NC. I was asked to sit at a desk away from the rep taking my info. She had a mask on. I asked if she wanted me to put one on. "Her reply it's up to you" Also told I had to have original pay stubs. My paystubs are online to be printed or emailed or downloaded. I was just shown the door after 20 minutes of providing much of my personal information. I only wanted help printing my info. I already had a account and file created on line with a specialist named Brianna

This bank / branch is incompetent of dealings as a bank institution should be. I financed a vehicle there in 2019 for $8k and made payments (some modified) and (2) years later my payoff was $8300 which I payed the vehicle off in full. The branch sneaked some disability and unemployment insurance on me for $2500 through electronic signatures that I rushed through because we had already made financial agreement in person at bank. Though I lost my job due to CoVID I was denied unemployment insurance benefits because I had not met their requirements of being on my job for (1) year and was left to deal with any extra coverage that they sneaked out on me that I was not covered for. Kim is an arrogant, incompetent, ignorant branch manager that talks to you like a dog. I will never do business with them again or recommend any friends to do business there.

I was very disappointed with my husband's visit with One Main. He went to see a specific person, because she had all of his information already at hand and yet and still the present employee continued to bribe him and started a whole new entire application process and had him denied and also told him she wouldn't submit his application. I think her name was Laura,just the worst.

I have had several loans from OMF. I have always had professional courteous service. I would however expect to get a better interest rate being that this is my third loan w them. Thank you for the kind service though.
