Having banked at a national bank, with its sky high fees, robo answering service, and 'never know who your teller is' in person banking, I can tell you that this is an entirely different experience. Moving my accounts to Willamette Valley Bank has allowed me to feel more connected to our community and to know that if I have issues or a banking need arises, I have an amazing local banking resource - who all actually know my name! Highly recommend walking into this bank. You will feel the difference.

The whole team at Willamette Valley Bank has been exceptional. When I needed help with my small business after the pandemic hit, Adam and his team at WVB were leaps and bounds more helpful than other companies I had banked with for years. I recently opened an account here as my first physical bank in a few years now since last bad experience with Wells Fargo. Marcus and Kayla? I believe was her name (sorry), were extremely nice and welcoming. Marcus has been the one to always deal with me when I deposit money and when my debit card came in today. I was told 7-10 business days and it took I think 4 business days. I got a call the minute it came in from Marcus. Everytime I walk in I'm immediately welcomed all heads turned and smiling asking how I'm doing today. Wonderful service great people 5 STARS!!!

I absolutely love WVB! I have a great interest rate for my first time home buyer savings, no ATM fees, and the people there are so friendly. It feels way more community based than any other bank or credit union I've used in Oregon. Crystal is my favorite, and she's always wearing some kind of amazing outfit.
